Terms of Service

Revion Caps is operated by Stein Consultants LLC. When an approved account places an order through Revion Caps checkout, the purchase agreement is directly with Revion Caps.

Your card will be charged by Revion Caps. Your card statement will display REVIONCAPS or REVION CAPS.

Products are restricted to qualified professional, institutional, and non-clinical research use. Product information, pricing, and order placement are reserved for approved accounts.

§ Buyer Representations and Indemnification By placing an order through Apex Research Logistics under the Revion Caps merchant-of-record arrangement, you represent and warrant that: (a) You are a qualified professional, institutional researcher, or representative of a qualified research organization; (b) The products are being acquired solely for non-clinical, in vitro research use; (c) The products will not be administered to, used on, or consumed by any human or animal; (d) The products are not being purchased for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of any disease or condition; (e) You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing receipt, storage, handling, and disposal of research materials; (f) You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apex Research Logistics, Revion Caps, Stein Consultants LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your receipt, handling, downstream use, redistribution, or disposal of the products; (ii) any human or animal exposure to the products; (iii) your breach of these Terms; or (iv) your violation of any applicable law.
